The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to small office staff. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, take initiative, work independently, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism.
Quickbooks experience a plus. Handle accounts payable.
Construction Subcontractor experience a must.
Oversee setup and maintenance of project files including but not limited to generating project directory and job folders, ensuring completion, as well as distribution of updated project documents.
Receive and distribute project information (sketches, drawings, specs, addendum, 2 week look ahead, work plans etc.) in a timely and accurate manner to Project Team.
