Description:

• Reconciling billing – may have to check account active and consolidate information. for advisory accounts, make sure the financial advisors commissions are accurate
• Due diligence on advisors pay out
• Background with a finance company, will be doing billing
• Working reports, Working emails, Taking phone calls
• Clean ups due to the conversion
• Don’t want to over charge our clients, attention to detail
• Billing process – bills out with manual calculations, attention to detail, someone able and comfortable with multitasking.
• Software applications – investment systems – citrix, medex, bonus
• Something more than beginner Excel, intermediate to advanced level in excel used a lot. Calculations used a lot v/xlookups sorting, creating them, pivot tables. Spreadsheet size, 100’s of sheets
