URGENTLY HIRING OUTSIDE APPOINTMENT SETTERS

NOTE: This is an Employee position, not a 1099 Contractor position, like other Solar companies.

WE OFFER:

A BASE HOURLY PAY + COMMISSION + WEEKLY/MONTHLY INCENTIVES

This is an in-person role in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, with our base office located in Goodyear, AZ. This position comes with set schedule of Tuesday-Friday 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM and Saturday 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM, 24 hours per week!!!

We are looking for high energy and self motivated individuals to join our growing team as OUTSIDE APPOINTMENT SETTERS/ENTRY-LEVEL SOLAR SALES.

Role and Responsibilities:

Our Outside Appointment Setters are sent to designated communities and neighborhoods to go Door-to-Door and interact with homeowners and educate them on the various programs available to GO SOLAR. Outside Appointment Setters' primary responsibility is to raise interest of homeowners on renewable energy and Schedule Appointments for Energy Advisors to close.

No selling, just setting quality appointments for our Energy Advisors to go close!

We will teach you everything you need to be successful. Start by learning the basics of solar and the good habits of successful solar professionals. We will teach you how to generate your own leads. Once you have learned how to generate new prospects, we will train you to become a solar sales professional. To be effective, Brand Ambassador must master the following:

  • Representing Luminous Energy professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy.
  • Generating customer leads by contacting homeowners door-to-door, getting customer referrals, and any other means necessary.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Analyzing the territory/market’s potential, tracking leads, sales and status reports.
  • Effectively qualifying leads and setting appointments through database.
  • Working closely with a mentor to develop and grow the sales pipeline.

Compensation and Benefits:

Average Annual Compensation for this position INCLUDING BASE HOURLY, COMMISSION AND BONUSES is $78,000.00.

Our top performers are earning in excess of $100,000.00. All while working PART-TIME hours!

  • Previous Solar Sales Experience a PLUS.
  • Previous Solar Appointment Setter Experience STRONGLY DESIRED.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
