Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products. Report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies as directed.
• Responsible for pricing items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling with the size and color for inventory control.
• Maintaining the recycling program, collecting cardboard and placing in the appropriate areas.
• Assisting in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock.
• Ensures that all work areas are neat clean and organized with strong attention to safety.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping.
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle counts accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to carry and lift up to 55 pounds and stand all day.
• Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching above the shoulders.
