- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a highly quantitative field (i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is required from an accredited college or university
- 12+ years of experience in financial modeling, planning, business analysis and/or accounting activities
- Proficient in financial modeling with applied experience in the consumer finance industry
- Experience in business analysis, FP&A, business & product integration, analytics in a corporate (HQ) environment
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on special projects
- Experience using Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos Financial Performance Management Software, MDX-Solutions or other reporting tools in a large corporate environment.
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing models
- Experience with SQL, SmartView, Hyperion or Essbase is preferred, but not required
- Operational experience in Financial Services industry or Multi-Unit Retail
- MBA, CFA
