We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team of communicative forward thinkers. This role is a permanent full-time position with a pay range of $70K - $90k.

The main UI/UX Designer responsibilities include being responsible for the user experience and user interface of our marketing website as well as our products and customer portal. This role will help us define all aspects of our projects: user flow, core UI elements, and interaction patterns and intuitive visual design. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Passionately advocate for a simple, unified, and innovatinve user experience across all our systems
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to bring value to our customers
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and patterns with a focus on consistency across systems
• Perform and implement user research for surveys and feedback
• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
• Research design and development techniques to find innovative and elegant solutions to complex UI problems
• Ensure our systems meet accessibility standards
• Utilize A/B testing process to make informed suggestions for improvement

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• 3+ years of design experience
• Proficiency in displaying data to generate meaningful user insights
• Able to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with designing UX/UI components as well as maintaining and expanding design systems
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
