Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Test Data Manager who will provide best fit Test Data Management solution after analysis of current challenges. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide best fit TDM solution after analysis of current state challenges
• Prepare Metrics and conduct workshop with various stakeholders to understand E2E data flow
• Identify PII distribution in landscape
• Responsible for preparing all assessment deliverables, Stakeholder management
• Coordinate with offshore team for analysis and implementation
• Identification of TDM tool for implementation
• Coordinate with Application team for Clarification and Sign Off
• Involve in TDM development

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 14+ years of hands on experience in Test Data experience preferably in TDM consultancy and Implementation of TDM tool
• Thorough understanding of Test Data Management – hands on experience Data Generation, Masking, Profiling
• Experience in enterprise level TDM solutioning and implementation
• Experience in client facing roles and good stakeholder management
• Prefer experience in Google Cloud or Cloud Test Data handling
• Demonstrate the ability to shift-left risk mitigation, including test approaches that reduce the need for integrated test environments (e.g. consumer driven contract testing)
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills through questioning and providing input into team discussions
• Lead the troubleshooting of functional and performance issues in both development and production systems and feedback into the improved design, implementation, and process as appropriate.
• Adaptive to learn new technologies, Research emerging test tools, trends and methodologies and enhance existing systems and processes

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Experience working on Test Data Management on Large Scale Projects
• Experience in Insurance Domain
