Job Description:


Performs all cardiovascular sonography procedures, and stress testing. Works closely with the Cardiologists and other departments. Maintains patient records and other documentation pertinent to the department. Participates in the monthly CQI process, follows hospital standards and departmental policies and procedures. When assigned, performs infant and pediatric patient-population echocardiograms.
  • Must be Registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

  • BLS & ACLS American Heart Association Certifications with American Heart Association

  • RVT is preferred or must be obtained within 1 year of hire if assuming vascular duties
