PROJECT OVERVIEW: Verite Group is seeking Technical Writer to support our government client with technical writing in support of an exciting national security mission.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expertise and experience in national security and defense related to each of the following specified tasks:
• Support the research, writing, review, coordination, and publishing of documentation in support of software development.
• This includes supporting the coordination of documents and developing written deliverables.
• Provide input or rewrites for concepts of operations, plans, procedures, checklists, and other documentation that support proposals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Clearance: TS / Top Secret

• Must have experience in the fields of national security and defense; experience should include software development, documentation, and proposals.
• Must have excellent skills in technical writing, oral presentations, reviewing and editing, and MS office suite.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS
• 5+ Years of Technical Writing Experience
