Position Information:

Mayville State University is seeking candidates for an Auction Coordinator. This is a part time, temporary position. The purpose of this position is to coordinate an online auction of surplus items through photographing, cataloging, posting, and monitoring items. This position will also entail arranging pick-up of items. The ideal candidate will enhance the direction of Mayville State University, provide a safe, clean and well-maintained environment, organize and maintain a safe work environment.

    • Must have exemplary ethical conduct.
    • Must have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative effort to maintain the integrity of the auction.
    • Must be able to work independently.
    • Demonstrated coordination skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Strong coordination and self-direction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
