Cafe Supervisor

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hour

FULL-TIME POSITION
*Nights, Weekends, and Holiday availability required*

2+ YEAR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED IN FOOD and GUEST SERVICES MANAGMENT.

OVERVIEW:
Sweet Yummy Frozen Yogurt is looking to hire a Supervisor for a fast pace unique work environment. Applicants should be outgoing, able to provide excellent guest service, have excellent communication and managment skills, are able to work independently, as well as comfortable assuming the roles and responsibilities of managing employees required in a Supervisor position.

As a Supervisor for Sweet Yummy, it will be up to you to create and build upon a positive work environment, with the overall goal of helping us to continue to grow a successful organization. You will take a direct and active role in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Sweet Yummy.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 year food service management experience
• Minimum 3 years experience working in food service industry.
• Supervise others by assigning/directing work, conducting employee evaluations, staff training and development, taking appropriate disciplinary/corrective actions.
• Develop and/or implement new and current policies/procedures/standards and/or rules/regulations.
• Ensures that all federal, state and company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met.
• Place product orders for Sweet Yummy
• Accurately complete weekly and end of month inventory
