Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with agency experience to join the Oasis Marinas marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple clients, as well as experience managing a team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategies for our portfolio of marina clients, working closely with the Marina Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing, to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and increase ROI for our select portfolio of marina clients. You will be responsible for managing B-2-C client accounts; this includes, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Manage the marina marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a marina account management team efforts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for premiere B-2-C clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute customized marketing plans that meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and make strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to B-2-C marketing, and share insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and projects are running smoothly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies and media partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance

Education, Work Experience Requirements and/or Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
  • Experience in agency environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the marina and/or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience managing B-2-C client accounts, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the latest B-2-C marketing strategies and tactics, including digital, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to manipulate objects and demonstrate small, precise movements repetitively.
