MTY Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will report to the Director of Finance.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an eager, curious, and passionate finance professional that will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify business trends that drive company profitability. The individual will work closely with the Director of Finance and with other functional leaders. This role is part of the global MTY FP&A team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• 
  Serve as a valued business partner by providing financial analysis, business modeling and decision support with recommendations to solve and/or improve operational issues; turn numbers into action
• Analyze and report on overall financial statement performance vs. expectation (budget or forecast)
• Develop budgets and forecasts utilizing financial analysis and trending
• Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
• Develop business cases based on return on investment and breakeven
• Perform/manage ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting
• Improve financial performance by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or economics is required

  Salary range: $71,444-$103,594. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
