You will be asking (and answering) the questions that separate fads from competitive differentiators across an ever-changing landscape of services and technology.

To be considered, a candidate must have the following:

• Experience designing, building, and supporting real-world applications.

• Demonstrate they can clearly communicate design concepts and trade-offs in design choices

• Be able to understand code and troubleshoot across programming languages. Our primary development languages are Java and .NET.

Ideal candidates would have experience in any of the following:

• Understanding of design patterns and applying them to real-world scenarios.

• Mentoring developers and software engineers, as well as developing training materials on technical topics.
