To be considered, a candidate must have the following:
Experience designing, building, and supporting real-world applications.
Demonstrate they can clearly communicate design concepts and trade-offs in design choices
Be able to understand code and troubleshoot across programming languages. Our primary development languages are Java and .NET.
Ideal candidates would have experience in any of the following:
Understanding of design patterns and applying them to real-world scenarios.
Mentoring developers and software engineers, as well as developing training materials on technical topics.
