BIRD DOG is seeking a spirited and talented hospitality professional to join its service team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, a commitment to curating meaningful guest experiences, a strong motivation for growth in knowledge of food and beverage, a jedi-knight’s temperament, and enjoy when the music is turned up just a bit too loud.

As a Server at BIRD DOG, team members will:

• Execute the mechanics of service at a high level, with attention to the smallest details
• Take ownership over the guest experience to exceed expectations
• Have a deep knowledge of food preparation, a strong understanding of wine/spirits, and holds a desire of constantly further their education
• Seek to be a part of an effective team
• Have 1+ years of comparable experience in casual fine dining
