Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer II to join our team! This individual will execute and complete preventive maintenance, demand repairs, general repairs and adjustments to the building systems, equipment and fixtures as required to the satisfaction of the tenant and building owner.
Some things you can expect to do:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Universal CFC is required. You must hold regional or local licensing/certifications to operate a building. At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance is required.
