OnsiteThe Senior Field Service Supervisor is responsible for daily direct or indirect supervision and/or coordination of a team of technicians and other resources within their shift(s). This supervisor is also the first line of customer interface for resolution and management of technical issues with customers across the complete suite of Interiors components, including Seating, Cabin Products, Safety & Cargo Systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervises a team of field service professionals.
Manages the customer relationship with appropriate maintenance and engineering teams and leadership to ensure customer issues relative to Interiors are visible and being actively managed and status is communicated.
Coordinates and communicates with peers from other businesses to ensure a seamless transition of issues to the correct points of contact.
Develops and executes an agreed statement of work and customer engagement plan for the assigned portfolio of aircraft.
Attends regular status meetings at working levels and technical review meetings with key customers if needed.
Assists with and coordinates with other Collins relevant stakeholders such as Program Management, Engineering, Order Fulfillment, and Production Management to identify and resolve other customer support issues, including, but not limited to orders and rework activity.
Manages/Assists in the coordination of technical and other support activities including rework, troubleshooting, and modification/Service Bulletin, Letters of Commitment needs of Interiors products.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Prior field service experience is preferred.
Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
Prior Customer-Facing experience within the aerospace industry is preferred.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
