Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our retention efforts, develop and execute our brand marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital strategy, copywriting and a track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce a variety of content, including but not limited to email, SMS, product overview, features, blogs, FAQs, etc.
  • Day-to-day management of email flows and campaigns including design/copy reviews, A/B testing, optimizing changes based on the marketing calendar, and reporting on results
  • Help develop and execute the company's brand strategy, including brand messaging, and customer retention.
  • Work closely with both internal and external marketing teams including eCommerce, Paid Media and Brand and Product teams to prepare documentation and copy for all product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Develop and help execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns are consistent with the brand strategy and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, identify trends, and inform the development of brand campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. This may include PR, paid media, web, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns
  • Experience in retention marketing/ Email & SMS (attentive & Klaviyo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Experience in paid media a plus
