Annual Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

THE ROLE
As a Elevo Talent Sourcer you’ll be a crucial member of Elevo’s Talent Team and an integral part of the success of our staff recruitment process. Reporting to our Director of University Partnerships, the Talent Sourcer will provide a continual pipeline of strong leads to be pre-screened by our Talent Coordinators. With some previous experience in sales or recruitment, you will build relationships on college campuses, be active in the local community and attend hiring events. Business Development Resources, Inc. (BDR) provides training and coaching services to the Contracting industry. Attend client events as directed.
In this position the incumbent will provide basic salon services, customer service and administrative tasks as necessary. Move animals up to 30 pounds.
Greeting patients upon arrival and promptly answering incoming calls, gathering information to determine callers needs and provide resolutions.
