Recruiter -Onsite Chester, VA

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for growth within our organization. The Recruiter will oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of employees. You will engage with candidates through various channels such as phone, email, text, and live meetings to evaluate and place them in full-time/part-time positions as needed. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service, consistent communication, and guidance to both our clients and candidates, as well as internal staff.

To prepare you for success in this role, TDB will provide comprehensive training and equip you with the necessary tools and resources to deliver the highest level of service, support, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Update and design recruiting procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Track recruiting metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
• Implement new sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Review recruitment software options and recommend the best fit for our company's needs
• Research and select appropriate job advertising options
• Collaborate with department Project Managers to forecast future hiring needs

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS databases
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating their suitability
• Familiarity with social media platforms and other professional networks for sourcing talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong team management abilities
• Strong decision-making skills
• Screenings Required:
• Successful candidates will be subject to a background check and/or drug screening.
