Your Purpose as a Receptionist:

• Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
• Welcome customers to Honda and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s license
• Customer service experience preferred
