We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team!

Our receptionist will manage the front desk and assist with administrative tasks for various departments. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Professionally answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, and maintaining adequate stock of office and lunchroom supplies
  • Order & maintain office equipment such as – postage machines, copiers, telephones, etc.
  • Order business forms, business cards, letterhead, etc.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; drop off outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform administrative support tasks including records management, data entry, light calendaring, and scheduling
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and document scanning
  • Ensure the office communal areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials; some light cleaning may be necessary
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the property manager regarding building maintenance, scheduling of guest access, deliveries, etc.
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant and Human Resources Dept.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist and/or Front Office Representative
  • Professional personal appearance and welcoming demeanor
  • Punctual with dependable transportation
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred, but not required.

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or higher; additional certification in Business is a plus
  • 2 years of relevant experience

This is an in-office position. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
