McClure Group Realty is expanding to Tennessee and needs to obtain our firm license in TN (We are currently active in NC/SC). We are one of the most innovative and fastest growing firms in the U.S and offer 100% commission to our Brokers and profit sharing with an average of $100,000 - $175,000 per year for this location in addition to your commission. We built a unique lead gen system and guarantee approx. 30 new clients for each agent per office per month. We need brokers and salespeople (salespeople enjoy an 85/15 split with leads or 90/10 with no leads) and no monthly fees. Our focus is on Brokers at the moment to obtain our firm license here, but need Salespeople as well.
