Job Posting: Real Estate Agent for High-Level Brokerage in South Texas

We are a high-level real estate brokerage seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. As a member of our team, you will benefit from our comprehensive support system, which includes leads, systems, training, technology, a brick and mortar office, and support from our in-house brokers.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties

Utilize our provided leads to find and secure new clients

Manage and grow your client base through networking and marketing efforts

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Active real estate license in the state of Texas

Proven track record of sales success

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with current real estate technology and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $175,103.44 per year
