Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop a strong understanding of the Chicago real estate market and trends
• Utilize technology and tools to generate leads and manage client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and manage the transaction process from start to finishQualifications:
• Valid Illinois real estate broker license
• 1-2 years of experience as a real estate broker is ideal
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with technology and real estate software
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
