Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Kyndryl Consultant this role will lead a project team in delivering a ServiceNow solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
  • Manages all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client
  • Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
  • Understand the dependencies between catalog project, ServiceNow modules and other interrelated and dependent sub projects
  • Expected to work closely with Kyndryl ServiceNow Architects, SMEs and other Consultants to participate in activities that will assist our customers in providing recommendations on improvements and modernization and create solutions that drive our customers forward

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030.00 to $203,000.00 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
