About Our Team:

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the critical technical foundation for Citi’s operations and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi’s workforce to be the best for our clients. Making the bank simpler, greener, and better connected while powering it with trusted, well-secured data, and automating policy enforcement through code are all at the heart of our refreshed global strategy. The VP, Program Manager Senior Lead is part of CTO Policy, Innovation Enablement and Strategy – the team under the Group CTO – and acts as a global facilitator for the curation and oversight of Councils and Centers of Excellence (COEs) that support Citi's strategy, policies & standards, monitoring quality /adherence to these standards and regulatory /audit engagement. These Councils govern, set standards and drive initiatives in alignment with enterprise goals and strategies defined by senior management for the firm. The focus of Centers of Excellence is on driving innovation, improvements, and best practices for a specific area across disciplines. Excellent verbal and written skills are required in order to interact with all levels of management across all regions, often at a senior level, and to interface on regulatory and audit matters.

The Group CTO and his team play a critical role in fulfilling the firm’s commitment to safety and soundness by ensuring Citi delivers efficient and high-quality solutions and technologies, coordinating foundational macro technology strategies, ensuring Citi’s readiness to safely leverage new technologies, and making Citi a competitive destination for the best technical talent.

Responsibilities:

A). Interface, main point of contact, go to person for running executive level and senior advisory and decision making forums, including:

  • Responsible for the day to day running and delivery of services and functions
  • Work closely with and establish good working relationships with members, supporting stakeholders, risk and control, across geographies and organizations
  • Conduit for the public image and socialization of programs through various communication channels
  • Ability to provide rapid responses to requests. Project manage execution of action items, results and implementations of the advisory forum’s decisions.
  • Management of structure, decisions, and document of record
  • Help provide guidance / influence of best practices and what is expected to run advisory and decision making forums for supporting groups
  • Facilitate the creation and management of any Policies, Standards, and Guidelines

B). Support for Audit and Regulatory activities, including:

  • Help manage, oversee and support governance and compliance activities.
  • Help manage and support any audits and reviews by internal, external Auditors and Regulatory agencies, including project management of milestones and commitments as a result of any Corrective Action Plans raised.
  • Manage and support Control Assessment (MCA) processes. Ensure controls are well defined in accordance with Standards and Procedures, with the identification of any risks and exceptions, and effective monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit status reports including escalations of issues, though coordination of various departmental teams for senior management, business risk and control committees, and Audit and Regulatory agencies

  • Strong project management, organization, planning, coordination and critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized, pays close attention to details
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions, taking ownership of problems, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and partnering with others, flexible and team-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
