Process Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team! Our team is highly skilled and committed to delivering the best solutions for our customers. You would be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing processes, as well as ensuring that processes are safe and meet quality standards. You should also be able to identify and solve problems related to manufacturing equipment and processes. The ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated and possess excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new or improved processes. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing process issues, evaluating and analyzing data, and recommending changes. You will also be responsible for developing and supporting process safety programs.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (Biomedical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related field of study).
- 2-5 years of experience in engineering or a similar industry.
- Analysis and interpretation of 2D and 3D drawings
- Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis
- SPC (statistical process control) knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail is required, as well as working understanding of FDA regulations/guidance and Medical Device Manufacturing Practices.
- Experience with a methodical approach to Root Cause Analysis as well as demonstrated knowledge of systems/processes to guarantee data-driven decisions.
- Some knowledge and expertise with clean room conditions, as well as process validation for sterile items and medical equipment, is preferred.
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
