Job Description

  • Work with the Head of Modern Workplace Technology to shape and drive the awareness, execution, and success of Modern Workplace Technology capabilities and technologies, with a particular (but not limited to) focus on Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services related to Modern Workplace
  • Provide technology leadership around identifying, defining, creating and operationalizing capabilities and technologies for a large enterprise customer with a focus on (but not limited to) the Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity spaces and relating primarily (but not limited) to Microsoft technology.
  • Identify, create, and ensure capabilities and technology roadmaps are properly priortized, scoped.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the partner technical organizations to ensure alignment at strategic, tactical and operational level. Aim to maximize quality of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services and improvements supported by technology and driven by effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Drive technology modernization, service excellence and optimization as it relates to Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services by bringing emerging trends and technologies to Takeda with a view and direction on how those trends can solve business challenges and/or facilitate value and efficiency growth.
  • Manage the demand, engagement and delivery for newly available technologies and capabilities in the Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services spaces.
  • Drive and influence the architecture and design of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity solutions to meet Business, Security, and IT requirements
  • Continue to evolve close strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and other primary partners in the Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity ecosystems to drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to maximize the end user experience.
  • Influence and manage relationship with key service partners and vendors in alignment with other members of the Modern Workplace Technology leadership team.
  • Lead and manage day to day activities of the Modern Workplace Technology Collaboration,Messaging, Security, and Productivity areas capabilities and technologies functions.
  • In partnership with the Head of Modern Workplace Services, where appropriate, advise on the definition, development, management and provisioning of Collaboration, Messaging, Security and Productivity support operations and and support Modern Workplace Services’ health, issues monitoring, performance monitoring, security policy, problem analysis and resolution services.
  • In partnership with the Head of Modern Workplace Advisory, where appropriate, advise on and support Modern Workplace Advisory’s adoption and success management functions for Collabo-ration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity capabilities.
  • Work with the Head of Modern Workplace Technology to develop and periodically update the Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity areas strategies and master planning to ensure that projects and applications are designed and delivered consistent to project management framework and standards
  • Proactively seek opportunities to asses and improve Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity capabilities and delivery through technology innovation and business or technical developments.
  • Direct and contribute to identification, measurement, and prioritization of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity optimization processes to consistently improve on the end user experience and reduce repetitive support tickets related to Modern Workplace capabilities and technologies.
  • Design and implement XLA (Experience Level Agreements) targets aimed at measuring end-user-centric metrics and KPIs that focus on the perceived quality as well as business value of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security and Productivity services.
  • Define all Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security and Productivity service sta-tuses, prioritize and sequence investments and maintain long-term roadmaps in close collabora-tion with other Modern Workplace Team Leaders, GDT and DD&T.
  • Work with the Head of Modern Workplace Technology to foster and monitor both a customer centric and innovation culture across the Modern Workplace Technology team
  • Act as a leader (direct or indirect) of Takeda employees, contractors, and partners to design, im-plement, operate, maintain, and support of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Secu-rity, and Productivity capabilities and technologies.
  • Ensure and monitor all appropriate risk and security measures are taken for Modern Workplace capabilities and technologies · Collaborate with GDT, DD&T and partner business organizations to drive successful delivery of agreed applications and projects and support cyber risk reduction activities
