Join the Home Lending Litigation team where you will have the opportunity to learn about home lending and be a part of the collaboration between legal and the line of business.

As a paralegal you will assist attorneys in all facets of related practice. You will ensure proper routing and handling of issues and requests for information including dealing directly with clients and their legal counsel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with settlement check requests
  • Updating documents or information to the litigation matter management system
  • Providing support on ad hoc assignments that include summarizing documents, analysis of data, legal research and organization of records
  • Prepare decks for presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Three to Five years paralegal or other related experience
  • College degree required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Westlaw)
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Work with multiple attorneys on projects and assignments
  • Detailed oriented with e xcellent organizational skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Paralegal certificate a plus
  • Project management skills
  • Experience or interest in Home Lending
