Casa Pearl in Williamsburg is currently looking to hire an experienced oyster shucker!
Come be a part of something special. Casa Pearl is a Chef-driven restaurant, showcasing the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so come work where you have guaranteed two days off in a row.
Raw Bar/Oyster Shucker duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks to manage the raw bar. Experience in oyster shucking is a must. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the success of our team each and every day.
We offer competitive pay dependent upon experience and a guaranteed set schedule with two days off per week (Mondays & Tuesdays) and the opportunity to learn from and work with an amazing team.
Qualified candidates should:
- Be excited about providing top notch food in a fast paced, busy restaurant
-Have at least two years experience as a Line Cook/oyster shucker.
- Have a great "can do" attitude
- Availability to work weekends and the evening shift (no late nights)-Be a team player
-Be reliable
