Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Information:

Shift: 40 GWW; no call, no weekends

Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.

BLS must be AHA.

3-5 years PT experience is preferred.
