This leadership position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations team. You will lead and motivate a team of professionals setting goals and driving achievement. You will manage cell productivity, guide scheduling & sequencing of work, and foster a collaborative, achievement driven environment. You will approach each day with a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for innovations optimizing production.

Well-developed organizational and time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and allocate resources are foundational for success in this role. You will utilize active listening, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues while working under pressure. Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
  • Guides cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
  • Plans and executes scheduling for Process Center to meet production schedules. Guides the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery to optimize productivity.
  • Supervises activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
  • Manages Process Center performance and productivity to maximize productivity.
  • Guides production innovation, including additive manufacturing to enhance production capabilities.
  • Interfaces with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
  • Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early, and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proven active listening and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of CCA board build processes of SMT and Through-Hole devices.
  • Knowledgeable of SMT equipment and processes.
  • Utilizes CORE principles, a driver of improvement.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Proven success developing and leading a team.
  • Utilizes CORE principles, a driver of improvement.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
