Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
  • Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
  • Maintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
  • Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
  • May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
  • Responsible for maintaining department files
  • May assist with production planning and special projects

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.50-20.50/ hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. Required Skills


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
  • Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills must be excellent
