The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT is a 15-bed, voluntary crisis residential treatment center on Santa Clara County’s Muriel Wright behavioral health campus in San Jose, California. The CRT is co-located on the same campus as the Substance Use Treatment Services (SUTS) program. The program was created as an alternative to and diversion from Emergency Psychiatric Services (EPS), acute psychiatric hospitalization, and incarceration. The CRT will serve a co-ed population with 90% male and 10% female census predicted; all referrals will be persons with justice-involved mental health status. The average length of stay for this program is 14-21 days. The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT program is under contract with Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department.

Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility; Monday - Friday (TEMPORARY for 4-6 weeks)

Wage range $24.37 - $34.37 – Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator I works on a variety of administrative tasks and financial operations functions to support business operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Review daily Shift Reports & upload to SharePoint
  • Daily Client Census tracking
  • Client files- SUTS / CRT Audit charts & build client files
    • Client Admission packet
  • Monthly facility checks off list
  • Front Desk / Answering Phone / taking messages
  • Preparing Intake Bins for clients (client supply)
  • Inventory / Clients Supply
    • Drug Tests
    • PPE Supply Orders (latex gloves, masks, ect., Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, ect.)
    • Ordering program supplies:
  • Monitor Fire Drills Monthly


QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • High School or GED
  • One (1) year of administration experience
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office programs
  • Experienced entering data into computer systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply

Preferred:
  • Two (2) years of administration experience
  • Experience in Healthcare field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, twist, bend, squat, kneel and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently sit, and do simple grasping occasionally. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity and to occasionally drive. Visual requirements include computers and books exposure and close eye work (small figures)
