The student will work as a support staff for office functions and logistics in preparation/implementation of summer rental groups, conferences, and with the daily operations of the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education (DGCE).
Prepare, distribute, and collect packets, keys, and College materials for each rental group
Assist with check-in and check-out processes as well as other duties as part of the execution of a campus rental
Be a point of contact person to support the rental groups during their time on campus
Support the Campus Rental and Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator with projects or task that may result from hosting rental groups
Help to establish a social media plan for the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education
Assist the DGCE staff with recruitment outreach to internal and external audiences.
Other duties as assigned

Competency with Microsoft Office applications, Office 365
Ability to work with structure and also independently
Good organizational skills
Flexible work schedule
Willingness to work in different campus settings: office, residence hall, and campus center
Available to start ASAP

This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA.
