Position Role Type:

The Material Associate handles inventory control, release of shipments, manages inbound receipts, and records movement of materials.

The Material Associate is Onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Escalate questions/concerns efficiently to appropriate stakeholders

• Manage turnback/hold racks and communicate on support needed

• File receiving documentation away daily

• Verify documentation is complete and correct

• Reach out to respective parties for units which cannot ship (i.e., Credit Hold, GTS Block, Admin Hold, Missing Shipping Instructions, etc.)

• Utilize Repair Management Services (RMS) Process Macro

• Ship all RMS product expeditiously

• Maintain shipping velocity

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience

• Continuous improvement experience

• Experience learning new systems/processes/technologies
