Job Overview:
The Intern, Marketing will be responsible for implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases and prepares presentations for Sales Directors and Commercial Operations. Updates and maintains intranet, social media outlets and company website.
Responsibilities:
Create press releases on company news for distribution in trade publications, and/or the internet.
Create advertisements and articles as required for publication in trade publications.
Manage upcoming trade show calendar and attendee registrations, coordinate ordering and shipping requisite event materials as required.
Review and update the company website as required.
Create and update sales presentations for Sales Directors and Commercial Operations as required.
Shadow how to build strategic relationships with buyers, and others within the supply chain decision-making process, promoting Aurobindo USA portfolio of generic oral solids and driving compliance of contracted products.
Shadow how to achieve or exceed all company sales objectives including sales targets for territory.
Coordinate with all internal Aurobindo USA team members (Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain) as well as external team members (Territory Business Managers, National Accounts, Trade Relations) in order to pull through sales at the account level.
Assist with planning and organizing efficient routing and maintain account information.
Routinely analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities
Provide competitive intelligence to management team.
Work on ad-hoc requests as required.

Education & Experience:
Must be enrolled in B.S. or B.A. program in Marketing or Advertising
Marketing, advertising or graphic design internship or work experience preferred
