Marketing Coordinator
Our client is on the search for a marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the A/E/C industries and must be organized and able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Desired Skills/Experience:
5-10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience writing proposals and responding to RFP’s.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to meet frequent short-term deadlines.
Must be highly organized.
High level of competency with InDesign and a good eye for graphic design in both print and digital formats.
Job Duties:
This person will oversee and coordinate multiple tasks including the following: website updates, photoshoot coordination, award submissions, firm qualifications information, newsletter development, social media updates, business development leads and initiatives as well as coordinate event attendance and research clients
