International Paper, a world leader of Industrial Packaging, is currently seeking qualified applicants for Plant production – General Labor workers at its Kansas City, MO Plant for $20.46 - $23. 88 with a Sign-On Bonus of up to $2,000!

We work a 2-2-3 schedule – 12-hour shifts – no forced overtime – 180 days off a year. This is a night shift position, 5:00 pm - 5:00 am.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Specific responsibilities include:

Running machines

Reading factory orders

Accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment

Utilizing basic shop math

Inspecting, counting, and stacking products

Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
