Provides leadership for base supervisors and flight attendants. Ensure accurate and comprehensive maintenance of flight attendant records and files. Assists the Base Director as needed. The manager ensures annual goals are met and participates in the performance review and evaluation process for each supervisor/staff member regularly providing mentor and feedback. The flight attendant supervisor and administrative positions directly relate to front line employee morale as proven by the efficiency of the supervisors promoting on-time performance of a clean, safe and reliable product and the continuation of our flight attendants’ superior customer service onboard. The base manages mentors each supervisor, as well as recruits and trains new supervisors.

The salary for this position is $90,300-$132,440, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skill. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
