Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized paralegal with an emphasis on litigation to join our team in Fresno, California. We are a full-service law firm that represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including civil litigation, personal injury, business law, and employment law.

What You Will Be Doing

As a paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from case inception to trial. Your duties will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, managing case files, scheduling hearings and depositions, and communicating with clients.

What You Need for this Position

"A paralegal certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
"At least 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
"Knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures
"Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel
"Strong organizational and time-management skills
"Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
"Ability to work independently and as part of a team
