We are the largest family owned massage and facial business for Massage Heights in California. Join us to help our clients feel better, look better, and improve their overall health and wellness. We have about 100 therapists working for us, so you would be joining a large operation with the ability to move to different locations if you move around the State. We actually have not had an opening in many months. But, we have had 2 MT's that have moved out of the area. So, act now and get in to the largest Massage Heights location in California

We will typically pay you from $23 - $30/service hour, plus add-on's and tips. So, that will be about $40 - $60/hour on average. Expect you can earn about $2,500 - $3,500/pay period. That puts you into the $60,000 - $84,000/year bracket. Plus many other Benefits like matching your 401k, medical, dental, vision. We are looking for those people that enjoy what they are doing and want a no drama environment. Call us, if you are more experienced we can actually pay you more than this, but you would have to have a specialty or expertise that our guests/members will want or demand.

Plus because we own 5 locations throughout the State, you can work at more than one location in order to work more hours during the week or just for variety. Typically, for people working in Irvine, they can also work at our Chino Hills location. So, consider that if it is of interest.

Plus we do offer medical coverage, dental and vision, based on your work schedule.
We are looking for a variety of shifts. But, typically 3pm, - 9pm. One shift must be on a weekend day. A variety of different shifts are available. You must be able to work at least 24 hours/week overall, plus Saturday or Sunday. We are looking for those that want to work on a full-time basis.

Compensation: Base Compensation, plus Bonus + Commission and Dental/Vision Base pay for sessions, then extras for requests, services, and retail, plus your tips.

Many of our therapists have been with us many years. We are looking for those therapists that want a long-term position and a place to work without a lot of drama.

Key Considerations:

• Typical schedule is 24 – 32 hours per week.
• May have active CAMTC license or finished at least 500 hours of MT training
• Must have professional liability insurance or we will secure it for you.
• Design your own breaks. We want you to work to your capability
• Earn extra dollars by performing additional services for each guest
• Work at one or more of our locations as you prefer. Find the best one for you.
• Complimentary scheduled massage or facial each month. No trades required.
• Family atmosphere. Owner is always available and actively involved.
• Vision, Dental, Disability, and 401k available (We match on the 401k) - Part time or Full time
• Hydraulic Lift Tables. Table and Towel Warmers and Hot Stones in Each Room
• We provide all your supplies. We just want you!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide excellent Guest service. Able to perform in 50, 80, and 110 minute sessions.
• Comfortable with both Swedish, Deep Tissue. Willing to do pre-natal and sports massage as needed, customized with Massage Heights training.
• Educate Guests on services, products and programs available to meet their needs.
• Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home.
• Participate in many corporate off-site chair or race events in the Irvine area.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Team Members.
• Build that relationship with our guests and be requested often.
• Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours. (A mix of weekday and weekend)

Qualifications and Skills

• Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations. You do not need to be vaccinated, but we would prefer that you are. However, we will need to know your vaccination status as our guests do ask for that information.
• Carry personal liability insurance, plus Hot Stone endorsement is mandatory
• Cupping training is also required as part of our protocols.
• Be Guest service oriented and communicate effectively with Guests.
• Capable of at least deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
• Be a team player, work an established work schedule, reliable and prompt
• Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle
• Wellness and well being is something you understand, support, and practice

We are also not like Massage Envy, Hand & Stone, or Elements. We are a franchise, but with a very local hands-on approach to things. We are organized and focused. In fact, over 50% of our team has now been with from 3 - 5 years and longer. Some have been with us for over 7 years. Hundreds of guests each month.
