Leasing Specialist starting pay $15 per hour + commissions!
As a Leasing Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and potential residents by showing open apartments, resolving issues, and proactively building positive relationships. Assist with marketing the property, participate in resident appreciation events and have the opportunity to meet with multiple people to build meaningful connections.
Build your own pay checks with earning unlimited commissions + base hourly pay! First 3 months are guaranteed $300.00 per month. No late weeknights or early weekend hours. Full-time schedule includes working between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday's all offices close at 5:00 p.m. Will be scheduled only to work every other weekend from 10:00 to 3:00 on Saturdays, and 1:00 to 4:00 on Sundays. Eligible for insurance benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401k.

Experience, Education, and Licensure:
- A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance.
- Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred, but not required.
- National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) or similar certifications are desirable.
- Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale.
- Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
- Basic computer skills.
