How you’ll serve our patients
As a dietary professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of all meals and snacks, including both encouragement and limit setting with patients
Contribute and share observations about patient activity and behavior as appropriate
Facilitate various kitchen/meal related groups which might include: cooking, baking, grocery outing, snack outing, meal outing, menu group etc.
Distribute, correct and organize patient menus
Create menu labels and name cards for patients
Perform tray checks and record results from tray checks and food feedback surveys
Provide administrative assistance to the Nutrition team as needed
Ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and clean
Must haves
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
Two years+ of related experience required
