We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

How you’ll serve our patients

As a dietary professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of all meals and snacks, including both encouragement and limit setting with patients

• Contribute and share observations about patient activity and behavior as appropriate

• Facilitate various kitchen/meal related groups which might include: cooking, baking, grocery outing, snack outing, meal outing, menu group etc.

• Distribute, correct and organize patient menus

• Create menu labels and name cards for patients

• Perform tray checks and record results from tray checks and food feedback surveys

• Provide administrative assistance to the Nutrition team as needed

• Ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and clean

Must haves

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required

• Two years+ of related experience required
