Job Summary: The Jr. Account Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives & other internal departments to maintain client accounts. This entry level role will expose you to all departments within the agency so you will learn about creative, digital media, and traditional media. This candidate should be detail-oriented and apt to manage several projects at one time while prioritizing deadlines. Skills desired include: communication proficiency, time/project management, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to learn new skills. Any experience with digital campaigns, Google tools, Asana or Slack is a plus.

Essential Duties:

• Coordination with agency members for account services, production, digital, media & billing
• Management of broadcast & digital projects including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvals
• QA'ing production and agency assets
• Daily internal & client communication
• Meeting preparation including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Logging, distributing & managing meeting notes and action items
• Task management of your own tasks as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on time
