The Courtyard by Marriott Newark - University of Delaware is seeking Guest Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants.

We are an award-winning, newly-renovated hotel that requires a top-notch work ethic and stellar customer service. Must excel at adapting to change in the work environment, display a positive outlook and pleasant manner, and communicate well with others. Prior hotel housekeeping experience a plus. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications - External

Ensure the hotel's established standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guests, guest rooms, and public spaces. Able to communicate in English with guests, coworkers and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
