Advantage is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our vastly growing Hospice Team. This position will float between the Pottsville, Allentown and Old Forge and Surrounding areas. This position is responsible for providing patient care in the home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, changing bed linens, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting activities and tidying the patient's living area
• Assist with ambulation or exercises according to the plan of care
• Observing and reporting on the patient's overall condition
• Performing range of motion and other simple exercise assistance as stated in care plan that is within scope of practice of the CNA
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Follows documentation requirements and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed CNA in the Commonwealth of PA
• Experience with electronic charting
• Valid PA driver's license and state required auto insurance
• CPR certification required
• Hospice Experience preferred but not required
