Job Description


KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory America Inc., is looking for an IT Specialist, Help Desk to assist the IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting users with all end device related issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist users with all end device related issues timely.
  • Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Install and deploy software/end user devices as needed.
  • Conduct end user device imaging efficiently.
  • Responsible for pre-assigned inventory and following asset management processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Be able to independently perform user general troubleshooting.
  • Perform troubleshooting/diagnostics as needed.
  • Working during general holidays may be required.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years relevant experience in supporting users in a help desk/technician role.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Fully embraced excellent customer service mentality.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve computer issues (operating system, hardware, basic networking, etc).
  • Proficient with supporting IOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Ability to assist/conduct/produce web conferencing/collaboration meetings for small to large/company-wide meetings with web conference tool (Zoom experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills including ability to multi-task and excellent follow ups.
  • Experience with AD, LAN/VPN, PC troubleshooting repair, VOIP, web conferencing tools, end user device building/replication/troubleshooting.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

The expected salary for this position is $74,627 - $119,449
