We are looking for a highly professional and discrete Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team and provide support to our VP of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer.

The successful candidate will maintain and coordinate the executive(s) calendar, organize executive-level correspondence, make travel arrangements, and act as a gate-keeper for the senior executive(s) while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

The EA will be responsible for various special projects and must take the initiative to resolve issues before escalating to the senior executive(s).

We are looking for someone who can navigate and remain professional with a high level of confidentiality and preferably someone with experience in a healthcare/hospital environment.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree
• 5-7+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or EA
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

salary: $37.81 per hour

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintains and coordinates the senior executive(s) calendar including appointments and meetings.
• Assists in establishing agendas and preparing presentations
• Organize, produce, transcribe, and maintain executive-level correspondence in all forms
• Make necessary work-related travel arrangements for the senior executive(s)
• Screen and answer telephone calls for the senior executive(s)
• Initiate requests for conference registrations, journal and association renewals, and expenses
• Review and respond to incoming internal/external mail daily
• Participate in special projects as necessary for the senior executive(s)
• Resolve issues before escalating to the senior executive(s)
